Why Cross Training? Paul wrote to Timothy in a letter
and urged him to "train yourself to be godly" (1 Timothy
4:7). But no one becomes godly by accident.

You can become more like Christ by developing some
habits in your life that will help you grow in your
relationship with Him. Here's how you can actively be
involved in Cross TRAINing:

Time alone with God every day. The more time we spend
with God, the more we become like Him.

Read and memorize God's Word. The Bible is God's
Word. He speaks to us through His Word.

Accountability. Spending honest times of prayer and
accountability with a friend you trust will help to make
you more like Jesus.

Involved in Church. The Church is God's plan.
Consistently meeting with other believers for Bible Study, worship, and ministry will help you grow.

Non-stop Prayer. We are instructed to pray continually (1 Thes. 5:17.) The lines of communication between you and God should always be open.

June 13-18, 6:00-8:30...Vacation Bible School: Saddle Ridge Ranch. Share the love of Jesus with kids in our community. Sunday: Kick-off. Monday-Thursday: VBS. Friday: Family Night.
